Job Description Terms
No user may post a job to the site that indicates the use of any unlawful employment practices. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, gender or protected class. Exceptions may be made for lawful conditions which are necessary to legally fill the position (for example, a female may be required for positions as airport security screeners).
No user may use the site to advertise jobs which require a money fee, or in-kind contribution, to apply or accept employment. This does not apply to positions which require a license, which may require job seekers to apply a fee to the licensing agency (food handler’s card, “liquor license”, etc.).
Each job posted must represent a single vacancy or job “position” in the company. Users may not post jobs intended to fill more than one position. For example a job posting titled “seeking a bartender and a chef” or “Hotel hiring for multiple positions” would be indicative of trying to fill multiple positions. Users may, however, post jobs in which one individual will fill multiple rolls or duties. For example “Dishwasher And Barback” may be used as a job posting if the position is to fill a roll of a single person that will function as both a dishwasher and a barback.
